The Center for Research on Information Technology and Organizations (CRITO) through TLC, has compiled a number of studies and snapshots that Hank Becker has completed over several years. These studies examine the relationship between technology implementation in schools, teaching practices, and school reform. Much of the work focuses on the need for changed instructional practices as pre-requisites to effective use of information technology tools.
